Art In The Park are holding a free workshop in Burgess Park this Sunday (1st May) to make bunting for the &#8220;MayFair&#8221; which will be held later in the month. <p>It&#8217;s organised by <a href="www.peckhamspace.com">Peckham Space</a> and <a href="http://www.southlondongallery.org">South London Gallery</a>, and will be visiting four venues across South East London to start a debate on urban environments and changing social histories.</p>

<p>Several artists will be on the tour speaking about their work including <a href="http://www.cotterrell.com">David Cotterrell</a> who&#8217;s been collaborating with EQRA on a social history art project based around our area.</p>
<p>Although it&#8217;s free you do need to book in advance as spaces are limited.</p>

<p>Artist <a href="http://www.cotterrell.com/">David Cotterrell</a> will be creating a social history art project that aims to capture the transformation of our area. It&#8217;s a really original approach: a video installation featuring footage shot from an airborne, remote-controlled camera flying over our heads.</p>

<p><strong>Do you have stories of how North Peckham has changed over the years? If so we want to hear from you. </strong></p>
<p>We are looking for residents who have lived in North Peckham for over 20 years to be involved in this social history project at Peckham Space.</p>
<p>Your stories will feature in a film of the area that will be on exhibition at Peckham Space from May – July 2011.</p>
