South Quarter

South Quarter comprises the dwellings built by Countryside Properties on Chandler Way, Blakes Road, Lynbrook Grove, Tower Mill Road, Macfarland Grove and Edgar Wallace Close

Countrywide are the managing agents for the South Quarter flats and apartments. They deal with the day to day care and maintenance of communal areas (ie. bin sheds, gardens, entrance halls etc)

They’re the people you should contact if you have any concerns about the management of the Estate. It’s also a good idea to CC EQRA’s South Quarter representative, Mandy Purdie, so we can keep track of all the issues occurring.
