Evolution comprises the flats built by Laing Homes (now Wimpey) on Chandler Way, Calypso Crescent, Samuel Street and Burcher Gale Grove. (The townhouses along Calypso Crescent and Burcher Gale Grove, while part of Evolution do not have managing agents)
