Calypso Gardens Summer Party 2010

It’s almost time for our annual summer party! This year’s event will be on Saturday 14th of August from 2pm till 6pm.

There will be plenty for everyone :

• Live music : Paapa Jeh( Ka-boom) and The Profumos from 3:30pm
• BBQ with food & drink
• Cake stall
• Design and print your own T-shirt
• Bouncy castles
• Donkey Rides (2pm – 3.30pm)
• Face painting
• Book stall
• Tombola

Your residents’ association needs your support

WE MUST RAISE FUNDS TO KEEP GOING AND CARRY ON THE WORK WE’VE BEEN DOING FOR THE AREA

If you can donate any new / unused / unwanted gifts to give as prizes on our tombola stall, we’d be really grateful. We’re also collecting books in good condition for a book exchange stall. Email chair@evolutionquarter.org and we can collect.

You could also help us by baking a cake or some cookies for us to sell on the cake stall. Just bring along your goodies on the day.

If you can help us on the day we’d also be really grateful. We need bodies to help and set up and man stalls on the day. If you can help in any way please get in touch.
