Following lobbying of local councillors and the property developers of South City Court, signs have finally gone up for the imminent arrival of a much-needed convenience store on Southampton Way.
Plans for the empty commercial space were held up for over two years following concerns from nearby residents over possible noise implications of any developments.
Anyone know what date its due to open? Saw the gap in the wall for the ATM, so guessing it’ll happen soon, yay!!
Heard Tesco have finished some changes to utilities in front of the store but just need the Council to put in a new lay bay for customer parking/deliveries before the store can open – anyone’s guess how long that could take!
