AGM – EQRA Enters third year

Saturday 23rd January saw the 3rd EQRA AGM pass successfully. A new committee was elected, and we heard the latest news about the Burgess Park renovation plans from Rebecca.

Representatives from Trinity (Mark Littleworth and Andrew Fletcher), the managing agents of the Evolution estate were also present to answer residents’ concerns about estate management, particularly around the withdrawal of maintenance services by Trinity due to the non payment of service charge by a significant percentage of residents within Evolution.

Emily Druiff from Peckham Space updated us the progress of a project involving artists to facilitate needs of local residents.
